This Policy must be interpreted together with the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice and Terms of Use of the Website.

2. What are cookies?

3. Current status of JA2E's Website

The Website is developed and hosted using the Framer platform and uses the built-in analytics features provided by that platform.

According to Framer's current documentation, its built-in analytics system:

does not use cookies;
does not generate persistent identifiers on the user's device;
does not allow the same person to be persistently tracked across different days; and
provides JA2E with statistical and aggregated information about the use of the Website.

For this reason, the configuration currently used by JA2E does not require the installation of a cookie consent banner for Framer Analytics to operate.

This conclusion refers exclusively to the technological configuration currently used by the Website.

4. How Framer Analytics works

JA2E uses Framer's built-in analytics features to obtain statistical information about the operation and use of the Website.

These statistics may include, among other aggregated data:

number of visits;
pages viewed;
daily unique visitors;
entry and exit pages;
traffic sources;
estimated session duration;
device type;
browser;
operating system;
approximate country;
UTM parameters; and
general performance and navigation metrics.

According to the provider's current documentation, to calculate daily unique visitors Framer technically uses certain information associated with the connection and the browser, such as the IP address and user agent, combined with a secret element that is renewed daily.

The result is used to distinguish visits during a limited period and does not generate a persistent identifier that would allow the user to be continuously tracked across different days.

Framer states that the data shown to clients through its analytics tool is anonymized and does not allow visitors to be individually identified.

Information relating to any processing of personal data that may technically occur in the provision of these services is set out in JA2E's Privacy Policy.

5. Strictly necessary cookies

Certain technical functionalities of the Website or its infrastructure may require technical mechanisms that are strictly necessary to:

The Website uses the technology platform provided by Framer B.V., a company established in the Netherlands.

Framer provides JA2E with services related to the development, hosting, operation, and built-in analytics of the Website.

With respect to any processing of personal data that Framer carries out on behalf of JA2E, the relationship between the parties is governed by the corresponding data processing agreement.

12. International transfers

The use of a given technology may involve the relevant provider relying on infrastructure or subprocessors located outside the European Economic Area.
